The dashboard still works from the last mirror. All KPIs, predictions, and the Ask babyAI chatbox run against the PostgreSQL copy — not Busy directly. Data refreshes the moment you click Sync and Busy is back online.

babyAI learns each account's own ordering and payment rhythm from your historical data, then flags who's likely to order or pay today. It keeps re-training as new data comes in overnight, so it gets sharper the more you use it.

It generates a WhatsApp deep-link pre-filled with the client name, invoice number, amount, and days overdue. One tap opens WhatsApp with the message drafted — you review and send. No third-party WhatsApp API or extra cost.

The bridge auto-detects your Busy version on first sync and adapts automatically. If you run multiple companies in Busy, each is treated as its own data source by default — with the option to merge related companies into one unified view.
